Stacey has helped me to avoid two red-flag clients and given me the confidence to hold my nerve. She's talked me through the potential risks of bad clients and helped me to use my time better - rather than taking on work that paid badly and was unlikely to be for a good client, I was concentrating on improving my marketing. Which meant that, when a potential piece of work came in, I had the time to write a strong proposal that landed me my biggest ever contract.
I'm a single mum so working at home during the pandemic meant I didn't have an outside voice. My Friday planning sessions with Stacey are like having a business partner who knows what I want to achieve and helps me to plan my overall strategy.
The net result is that I'm having my most profitable quarter ever. Without Stacey's input I wouldn't be working with the clients I'm working with now. She’s around for a WhatsApp when I need a quick check in and our Friday chats are a lovely end of the week check-in.
