Over the past couple of years All The Admin has steadily grown from being just me (Stacey) to me plus a team of fabulous and carefully selected Associates.

I am a huge believer in the power of teamwork and having a family of associates to support my clients means access to a wider skillset, more resources and ultimately ensuring All The Admin can always deliver seamless and consistent support.

Lucy Critchley

Before starting her VA business in 2020, Lucy Critchley worked in TV and audio production as a production coordinator.

Lucy uses her organisation skills to free up her clients time, so they can focus on the things they love.

Lucy is obsessed with podcasts, creating newsletters and social media content. When she has some free time, Lucy loves being by the sea and drinking a hot cup of tea.

Georgia Barrington

Georgia has over 15 years’ experience supporting small businesses and creative organisations. In addition to all-round VA support, she provides editorial services and is your go-to for any tasks requiring attention to detail, from database management and email communications to full website proofing. 

She is driven by delivering an excellent experience for clients and customers alike and is happy to step in at any stage of a project. Her background in publishing and literature events means she is a safe pair of hands for managing an event from inception to delivery.

Georgia has experience with a range of software and web-based apps, including Google Workspace, WordPress, Mailchimp, Zoom, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Canva, Slack and Trello. She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading.

Sarah Hurn

Sarah has over 13 years experience working as an Executive Assistant in the corporate world as well as the entrepreneurial.

Her passion is interior design, she loves organising, and planning and arranging events. Sarah has always enjoyed projects where there is a defined goal.

The aim behind Sarah’s business is to actively help others; whether that is growing a business or achieving personal goals. Sarah loves helping others to succeed.

However small or large the task Sarah is dedicated to ensuring the task is completed professionally to help you with your busy life.

Kirsty Orton

Kirsty a VA with a passion for creativity and interior design. She supports clients with both admin & creative tasks so that they can work ON their businesses instead of IN them.

Prior to setting up as a VA, Kirsty worked in Marketing & Communications and also helped run several small family businesses.

Kirsty will be providing ATA clients with social media management and general business support.

Caitlin Gwynn

Caitlin has spent years working in administrative jobs, and is a real nerd for organising!

Caitlin’s background is in customer service and administration - both things she truly loves to do! Caitlin has worked in several different industries, helping with everything from data entry to social media to providing amazing customer service.

As well as this, she loves learning new things in her spare time - and thinks of herself as an eternal student!

When not working, she loves getting crafty, trying new vegan recipes, and buying aesthetically pleasing stationery.
